Soup season is almost here… and we’re getting something delicious ready to go with it.
Crispy, golden, cheesy and full of za’atar flavor, this upcoming recipe is just as good eaten on its own as it is dipped into your favorite cozy soup — especially the roasted tomato soup we just shared.
Made with Ziyad Akawi Cheese, Ziyad Za’atar and Sultan Extra Virgin Olive Oil, it’s the kind of warm, savory bite we’ll be making all fall long.

That in-between moment when summer is still giving us beautiful tomatoes, but cooler evenings have us craving something a little cozier.
We’re roasting them until caramelized with garlic and Sultan Olive Oil, then turning them into a velvety tomato soup finished with Ziyad za’atar and a dollop of creamy Ziyad Yogurt.
