Thick slices of bread are topped with a lightly sweet egg-yogurt custard infused with delicate Ziyad Brand rose water, then baked until golden and finished with fresh berries, honey, cinnamon, and crunchy pistachios. The perfect cross between breakfast and dessert with minimal effort and maximum flavor.

Ingredients:
• 2 thick slices of bread
• 1/4 cup Ziyad Brand yogurt
• 1/4 tsp Ziyad Brand rose water
• 1 large egg
• 2 tbsp Ziyad Brand honey, plus more for drizzling
• A sprinkle of Ziyad Brand cinnamon and cardamom
• Blueberries, strawberries, and/or raspberries
• Chopped Ziyad Brand pistachios
Bake at 400°F for 10–13 minutes, until the custard is set and the bread is beautifully golden brown.
